Rihanna's Debut Collection For RIVER ISLAND !








 

Hi guys,just thought I would do a little ramble post on Rihanna's new collection for River Island ,which was unveiled tonight at London fashion week.It is Rihanna's debut collection and I love a few pieces in the collection that I would actually wear but I do think it was totally predictable.
                                                        There was nudity as you would expect of RiRi !
Rihanna said she wanted her collection to fit the "range of different moods and different attitudes, because I'm assuming my fans will be the same way"- Vogue.co.uk
I think as a new designer she wanted to play it safe and stick to what she knows as it is her first collection,when you see the clothes you just see Rihanna's style oozing all over it.I was hoping for that bit of edge that Rihanna is known for and honestly some of the clothes did deliver it but then again you remember that she did model the clothes to her own style after all.

Overall I like the collection in general and I love what Rihanna wore to her debut show as a designer,"plain, black and classy".

My Current Hair Favorites





Argan Oil Shampoo
Argan Oil treatment
Olive Oil-edge control
Treséme-Salon finish hairspray
Grace Cole Fruit Works-Body Butter and Scrub
Herbal Essences-intensive hair mask

Hi everyone,I just thought i'd do an update on the products i'm currently using for my hair at the moment.For some weird reason I have covered the Herbal Essence intensive mask with the shampoo,that's quite funny as im only realising it as I type this now. (LOL)

Anyways I looove the Argan Oil shampoo and hair treatment oil.It really hydrates hair (my Brazilian hair weave) and keeps it looking healthy and shiny,I have had the hair in about 6 weeks now. Moroccan oil is not the sticky-grease kind of oil you would expect when applying any type oil in your hair,it absorbs well and makes your hair shiny and basically keeps it feeling great.I only apply 4 or 5 drops after I wash my hair on wash day.
All in all I can now understand and agree with the hype over Argan oil for hair,it's Fabitty Fab !

Olive Oil edge control has both Advantages and dis-advantages even though I love this product I have to be honest,for the first hour after applying it you will experience really sleek and smooth edges but after some time it starts to leave some white residue which is SUPER! annoying but it can be decreased with hairspray which is where the Treséme salon finish comes it. 
The intensive hair mask by Herbal Essences is simple great,it does what it says on the tub my hair is left smooth and shiny after I use it plus it has a great smell too so it's a Win-Win situation.

So in conclusion I would recommend all the products I have stated above but the Olive oil edge control is quite hard to manage but once to know how to deal with it then it's a walk in the park.

P.s I have basically just thrown in my Grace Cole body butter because im obsessed with the smell,soooo fruity.

Grammys 2013 :My Top 3 faves

I really enjoyed watching the Grammys this year, a lot of the outfits where FAB ! but of course some celebrities played it safer than others. Rihanna in my opinion was looking RED-Hot, RiRi wore a custom Azzedine Alaia dress and styled it with bold red lips and red nails.I thought she was very brave to put that on, then again Rihanna is always daring,even ignoring the dress code.
I Loved Solange Knowles's dress at the Grammys.When it comes to being different and unique Solange knows the right path,She looked so daring in her green Ralph and Russo Couture gown,green being a key colour this season.Love Love Love how the dress was styled with pastel pink shoes.

Saving the best for last,I honestly think Janelle Monáe stole the show as one of my unexpected favorites at the Grammys.She arrived all suited and booted looking like a vision in her Moschino jacket,Ralph Lauren hat and Jimmy Choo clutch,styling it with minimal jewelry.... Amaze !!!!

Nailing it !



Lana Del Rey rocking her Stiletto Nails.
Im loving Turquoise,peachy or pinky and the Ovoxo nails (Drake and TheWeeknd !)
Nudes and Blacks are the two main contenders for me. I will obviously tone down the decor on my nails.

So recently I've joined Pintrest <------. I think my previous sentence says it all.Pintrest is the place where all sorts of nails designs constructed by creative individuals reside online.Whether your a fan of getting your weekly manicure or regular gel re-filling Pintrest is the place where you will either continue with you nailobsession or be inpired to be a nail junkie like I have.
There are so many different nail designs I literally just want to try them all !! (check out the photos above)  I think my favorites are the stiletto nails rather than just the typical gel manicure and I will definitely be getting the stiletto ones done.

Now to decide on a design. 

Any Suggestions ?
